que without an accent over the e is a conjunction or a pronoun and can mean who, whom, that or than examples
dice que está listo - he says THAT he's ready
más que nada - more THAN anything
qué with an accent is an adverb meaning how or what or an adjective meaning what or which examples
qué bonito - HOW pretty
qué hora es - WHAT time is it
