After replying once, it occurs to me that your refusal to provide any punctuation, whatsoever, renders your question ambiguous. If you meant to ask "How do you say 'that is' in Latin?" the question has already been addressed. If, on the other hand, you meant to ask "How do you say 'That is in Latin.'?" then the answer would be "Eso es (en) Latín."
LateToDinner has already provided (along with some humor) the Latin for which "i.e." is the standard abbreviation. I would only add that for texting enthusiasts this (the abbreviation) should be considered vastly better than "iow" ("in other words") since it requires only two letters (rather than three).
Peculiar question, i.e. for a Spanish site. I don't usually say it, as much as use the abbreviation. But I do have it here somewhere, like on the tip of my tongue i.e. I can almost taste it! Id est?
