Hola todos, Quisiera preguntaros sobre las diferencias entre querria y quisiera, y ademas si posible comparar a formas de poder (podria/pudiera) y deber (deberia/debiera) Gustaria saber las reglas de formaciones (?) Muchas gracias

Podría, quería, and debería are the forms of the conditional mood that go with the pronouns you (usted only, not tú), I, he and she.
The others forms you listed are subjunctive. You will find articles about these moods if you click on the More tab at the top of this page. From there you can go to the reference section. Find the verb section. Here you can find articles on conjugation, conditional and subjunctive.
