It could mean what McFadden has said, but it could also be
í Qué bueno ! = which means " That's great ! " or simply "Great ! "

Or even '¡ay! ¡que buenos! which would mean something like 'wow, what good (ones)'

Might it be "y qué buenos"? That means "and what good ones."
