Spanish Abreviations - What is "ff." in Spaniah?

Is there anywhere that I can find a list of commonly used abreviations in Spanish? Specifically, I need to know what to use for the English abreviation "ff." which means "and following". For example, if I am quoting someone else in an article and I want to make a reference for the reader to find the quote in the source book, I may add a footnote with the the name of the book, author, etc. and add "p. 76ff" which would mean "page 76 and following (pages). What is the Spanish abreviation for "ff"?

Hi, I think that it might be ss. - "siguientes". However, it would be best to wait for confirmation from someone more proficient.
