Windows has a page reader for visually impaired people that can read Spanish. It will read it in either a feminine or masculine voice. It's free. I used to use it, but its been so long ago, that I don't remember the name of the program. Of course, there are many commercial programs that will read Spanish text.

The best software I have come across to do just that came with my Oxford Spanish Dictionary (3rd Edition) it is a CD that, once installed, allows you to write/copy/insert Spanish text into a box (maximum: 500 characters) and it will read out the text in either Castillian or Mexican Spanish. You can also adjust the volume and speed of the playback. Yes, it is quite expensive: the dictionary cost me about £30 about 3 or 4 years ago but it was worth every penny !!! The Spanish accent and pronounciation is much more authentic / credible in my view than most online voice machines.

They may do an online version of this text reader I certainly know that they have an online website whose addres I do not know at present, but a Google serach will almost certainly reveal it
