I would say: "Llene con gasolina, por favor." = "Fill (my tank/it) with gasoline, please."

"llene" = formal command/imperative for the verb "llenar" = to fill

You could also say: "¿Podría llenar mi tanque con gasolina?" = "Could you fill my tank with gasoline?"

In Mexico, I've also heard "Lleno con . . . " (with the type of gas you want). But, I don't understand how this can be correct. That is, how can it be correct to use the word "lleno" as a command form of the verb "llenar"? - Pajaro44, Jun 17, 2010
lleno is full, so it's like saying you would like to have a full tank - Deanski, Jun 17, 2010

Exactly, in this context, lleno discribes that you want a full tank, not that you want the tank filled. - Anthony - darkwise, Jun 17, 2010

If you are in Sonora, you either say:

Lleno de verde, por favor.

or...

Lleno de rojo, por favor.

Just depends whether you want the green quality of gas, or the red. smile

Llenar el tanque. To fill completely. / Echar(le) gas. To fill (it) partially.
