o Necesito ir de vacaciones immediatamente
While technically you could use the word ahora and be understood in my view it doesn't convey the same degree/sense of urgency that the other two words/phrases: "en seguida" y "immediatamente", do !

Unless you say "ahora mismo", which tells them you wish to go *right now*, which falls in line with your immediatemente. :) - darkwise, Jun 17, 2010
yes, I agree 'ahora mismo' carries a greater depth of meaning than 'ahora' alone but I still prefer the ones I mentioned above - FELIZ77, Jun 17, 2010
