please respond to this q even if it sounds stupid and plzz reply in english but tell me the spanish ways how do spanish deal with heartaches??

My experience has been that some Spanish people relieve their heartache by singing about their pain. They acknowledge the pain and write a song about how they are feelling and sing it a lot until finally after the passing of time their pain becomes less and less. Time really is the healer of heartache. Finally the pain is only a distant memory and it is replaced by happpier events. They believe this and continue with their daily routine regardless of how hard it is because it is the best way to heal their broken heart.
