le, lo, and la are not reflexive pronouns. (They are object pronouns)
The reflexive pronouns are:
me, te, se (3rd person, singular), nos, os, se (3rd person, pl)

le, les= i.o.p. (indirect object pronouns) i.o.p.- Reference article
lo, los, la, las=d.o.p. (direct object pronouns)d.o.p.-Reference article
se=le, les before a 3rd person d.o.p) object pronouns together- Reference article
These pronouns have nothing to do with pronominal verbs (reflexive pronouns)
