In Castilian Spanish teté would be the 1st person, singular, preterite tense, indicative mood for the verb tetar. (to suckle)

Since you mention Argentina I suppose this could be some form of voseo Spanish. The present tense vos forms usually end in ás, és, ís so I would guess that it is a command form (e.g. tener=tené). the é would mean that it is a 2nd conjugation verb (ER). I don''t recognize the verb.

In your title you wrote tete. In your description you wrote teté. Which is it? Accent marks are very important to word meanings in Spanish.

Hola,

En algunas partes de Colombia se le dice tete o tetero al biberón.
