He oido muchas veces la exclamación "que parece" en varios contextos y no me queda muy claro que quiere decir. It looks like "well how do you like that," or "how about that," but this does not always work. Does anybody know?
update: I am mainly confused because this phrasing differs from "que te parece," which makes more sense to me. Is there a difference between these two structures?

Yes, I have heard your version as well, but you will just have to trust me here: in this other version that I am hearing, there is no "te," which resulted in my confusion. - penguinboy561, Jun 15, 2010
