The formal, polite way (with your boss, etc.) is ....
Qué tenga unas buenas vacaciones = Have a good vacation.
Qué tenga un buen fin de semana. = Have a nice weekend.
The informal, familiar (with friends, etc.) is ....
Qué tengas unas buenas vacaciones = Have a good vacation.
Qué tengas un buen fin de semana. = Have a nice weekend.
