Google Spanish capitalization and you will find several sites on the pertinent grammar rules. I have the link to the R A E rules for capitalization, but they are in Spanish and if you are asking this question then you probably can't read them.

The answer to your question is yes. Yes, all sentences begin with a capital letter.
