I bet you just viewed a lesson and instead of clicking on "Continue to Flashcards" you clicked on one of the tabs above the video ... am I close?

You can go back to that lesson and simply click "Continue to Flashcards" and receive your points. Or you can have some of mine now that I have learned I can't redeem them for the Ferrari as earlier promised.

"Failure to record your score" occur when your internet connection facing some errors.

Restart and try to have a good connection when redoing the flashcard

I think sometimes the SD server can't keep up.

I saw it many times when doing flashcards.

I suggest you wait a while to see if the "red" message disappears.

This just happened to me. I was doing lesson 1.9 The House and Directions. I had just completed the Recognize section. It said I had 196 points, and then in red underlined writing said failure to record your points. I presume this is what the question related to. I shall redo it see & what happens (hopefully get 200 this time!)
