Help having trouble with the videos "Learn Spanish"

How do I get the video under the "Learn Spanish" to work. I have used them before but for the past few days it's not working. Is anyone else having the same problem? Please help! Thanks

I just watched one (2.3) to see if the server was having problems. The video played fine. Which videos in particular can't you see? Do you have the latest version of Adobe flash player? Are you watching them on this site or some other site or downloading them first, etc.?
