How do I say "by appointment"?

Our church has a food bank. In order for people to get food from it, they need to be screened by a central agency. I'm making a sign for the door. How do I say that the hours are "by appointment"? Is it "por cita"?

Pity the question isn't about appointments with the doctor. - geofc, Jun 7, 2010

I'm not sure if you are saying that the "customers" need an appointment or only that they have to turn up between the appointed hours. If the former then "por cita (previa)". If the latter it's probably better to say "entre las 14:00 horas y las 18:00" (or whatever the times are).
