How would you say "to get where I am now"?

For example, I want to say "I have worked hard to get where I am now." Would it be "He trabajado con ahinco estar donde estoy ahora"? Is there supposed to be a 'para' in there?

Yes, there should be Para to show the reason For the hard work.
