HomeQ&AI designed a tattoo for me that represents how much of a daddy's girl I am. I was wondering if putting Mi Hija and Padre in it would express that or not? Or should I put Mija?

The tattoo has Padre on the top and a line of flowers leading down one side forming a heart with Mi Hija on the bottom.

"Mi hija" is translated as "my daughter". Is that what you really want the tatoo to say on you? Maybe just "hija" would work.
The phrase "padre e hija" (father and daughter) is very common. Perhaps you should consider it as well.

Mija is not a word. Mi hija is correct.
