Well I found this for you:

Piola is a piece of rope. But in Argentinian slang something is piola when is something cool, done in a quiet way or in a relaxed way. That party was piola ( cool) She was piola about having alcohol at home (quiet way) The boss is piola even under stress. (relaxed)

Repiola just makes the word more intense...for instance: interesante ( interesting) reinteresante (very interesting) . Be aware to use Re in front of any word is not proper Spanish, it is just for informal conversations. There are some words which the usage of this is proper...cargar ( load), recargar ( reload)

and apparently 'la flaca' can be used as slang for 'girl' or 'chick' (literally it refers to a slim girl/lady)

So I'm guessing that being referred to as a 'kool chick' is a good thing smile

Hope some of that helps smile

Flaca significa thin La flaca the thin girl?

As for piola

piola1. (Del lat. *pedi?la, traba). 1. f. Cuerda delgada. 2. f. Mar. Cabo pequeño formado de dos o tres filásticas. 3. f. Mur. Especie de triquitraque.

piola2.

1. adj. coloq. Arg. y Ur. Simpático, de trato agradable. U. t. c. s. 2. adj. coloq. Arg. Astuto, listo. U. t. c. s. quedarse ~. 1. fr. coloq. Arg. Quedarse al margen.

I don't know why they would add re in front of piola, but I'm drawn to the Argentinian slang definition (in bold) of piola.

Hopefully someone else will be able to help you more. smile
