I assume that a city in Kazakstan is not the answer. The only marginally likely solution I have is that it refers to the good old, original plastic wrap for the kitchen, Saran.
Hence "Saran de la casa" - not the commercial packaging product but the household variety.

This is the only sarán I could find. Maybe you spelled it incorrectly?
