whoever said it probably meant "faltan." Faltar means to miss or to lack, so the sentence in english would read "it isn't a normal house because it's missing bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room."

If you read it somewhere I think it's a typo, a misspelling. the translator here would not translate it.
