¿Cómo se dice 'mixer' en español?

Does anyone know a Spanish word for "mixer", as in "What kind of mixer do you want with your gin, cranberry juice or soda" ? This website's dictionary says that the Spanish word for mixer (in drink) is refresco, but this doesn't make sense to me. Additionally, when I look up refresco on this website's dictionary, as well as the RAE, I get nothing to confirm this. Thank you for any help you might be able to give.

"mezcla" is what it is called in CR when referring to "mezcla para Margarita".

I also found this

¿Qué mezclar con vodka para que esté rico?

Talking with friends "ligue" is also used for mixer.

Refresco doesn't really seem convey the same meaning as "mixer" in English. Refresco is more of a soft drink, soda, beverage etc. Mixers can be juices, soda water, margarita mix, etc.

I'm sorry that I don't have a better answer than Goyo gave from the RAE, which is the official source.

The Collins Dictionary also says Refresco

So also does the Chicago.
