In Chile means ex sister-in-law. It's a jargon.
I do not know if this applies everywhere, but I was told once by a lawyer that in-law relationships are never broken, not even by divorce. So cuñada or cuñado, and your suegros, always remain so, even if your partner is "ex".
Not that it makes any difference in practice, but I've always thought that's both weird and interesting.
Curiously, my wife at least gets along better with her first set of parents in law than with her current!
i agree that is ex-sister-in law,the correct is mi ex-cuñada but there is a shorter way to say mi ex-cuñis.
