I don't detest people, generally speaking, but rather certain behaviors.

Actually, there's only one thing I detest about people:
Asking me what I detest about other people.
Dirty hair.
Bad breath
Body odor.
When someone tells me "careful" if I'm driving.

Siempre habrá algo que odiar sobre el resto de la gente. Lo jodido es encontrar qué es lo que odias acerca de tí mismo. Y entonces te das cuenta de que las cosas que te faltan son tan numerosas como las que te sobran.
un fallo muy típico es intentar ser el más ingenioso, o pretender ser el más profundo, o incluso hacer ver que se es el más humilde... y aquí intento, al menos, reunir estos fallos míos... 
otro fallo es estar a la 1.33 escribiendo en foros, cuando al día siguiente hay que madrugar.
todo el mundo se queja de la mentira, y bien hecho, pero... sólo os pongo un dicho de un buen amigo mío: si te engañan una vez, la culpa es del que engaña. si te engañan la segunda, la culpa es tuya por dejarte engañar.

1> People who get miffed when I use the manners my mother taught me as a child. When I say "yes sir" or "yes ma'am," I am not implying that you are elderly or trying to be snarky, I am just being polite. My mother taught me to show respect and even at 23 she would bop me on the ears if she saw or heard me NOT using manners lol 2> I cannot stand people who lie. There is no point in it at all. Period. 3> I absolutely detest people who are racist. Just because someone looks diffrent than you doesn't mean they're any less of a human being than you. GET OVER IT!! 4> People who think they're all high and mighty (a.k.a. know it alls) make me want to vomit. 5> Nuts... that really has nothing to do with anyone at all, I just really don't like nuts lol
I don’t worry about it and by the way;
If I am smoking, then leave and go to a designated non-smoking area.
If I am monopolizing a conversation give me a beer and tell me to shut up.
If I am displaying controlling or dominating behavior then give me another beer.
If I stink I am headed to the shower don’t offer me a beer until I get out.
If I lied to you, it was for your own good so have a beer.

Like Gekkosan, I don't hate people - as a Practising Christian this is not an option for me. I hate certain behaviours though:
- Controlling/manipulative/dominating behaviour
2 Arrogance
3 Fault-finding/critical tendacies - since none of us are perfect
4 Cynical attitudes/negativity - people who always see the cloud ... never the silver lining
5 Dishonesty/lack of integrity = when you cannot trust people to keep their word
6 Blabbermouths- those who spread lies and gossip about others or repeat things shared in confidence.
Yes, I know that there are six but the last one is important too !
Rude people really bother me because it's so unnecessary. Just be nice!
The problem with people who have no vices is that generally you can be pretty sure they're going to have some pretty annoying virtues. ...
