Will you please help me translate these sentences into Spanish. I can't find the rules how to say it in Spanish. 'The more you study the more you learn. The more you learn the more you forget. The more you forget the less you know.' Can you give me more examples of 'the more - the more'? Thank you.

and examples ,

Cuanto menos comes, más adelgazas..
