is like "hello dude whats up?, we are in touch, write me to my mail" surely he confused the word ahí whit hay, is a typical mistake of grammar.And meaning of bacano depends on the country.

= Hi, it's so great that we are speaking (corresponding) . write me an e-mail
( 0r write to me by e-mail )
Due to the very informal style (eg lack of punctuation) in this e-mail it is quiet hard to tell if que tal is intended in the usual way of a question
ie ¿ Qué tal ? = how are things?
(It is likley that a native speaker could translate e-mail this more accurately )

I didn't think of the ?Que' tal? being together.... Ignore my upsidedown opening quesiton mark, and pretend the " ' " is an accent that was lingering over the "e" and accidentaly fell off. - MeEncantanCarasSonrisas, Jun 2, 2010
