the Creation of Reference Articles
Are we all of the sudden able to create reference articles? I haven't asked questions in a while (and when I do, I usually forget about changing the category). I noticed that there is a new category: "Reference Article". I always thought that was a "power" only for admins. I am a little confused right now. Please explain. Thanks.
Oops! I did it again... I forgot to change the category... When I was looking at the category to change it, I noticed the "reference article" category disappeared. Creepy.

The reason you are now seeing "Reference Article" as a category is because you have received over 5,000 reputation points.
Anyone who has reached this point has the authority to create an edit a reference article. Although not many people have taken advantage of this yet.
