"Se nota" is used like "One notices" or "It shows"

Se nota que estás cansado. (You can tell you are tired/ One can see you are tired/ It's obvious you are tired.)

"Está lloviendo."
"Se nota." (Like: Duh, I can tell; it's raining buckets!)

You can add in a personal pronoun to personalize it. "No me siento muy bien." "Se te nota. Te ves muy pálido."
