If you mean health as in "family life" you could use "La vida en familia"...:/

Hi, Grizel. Welcome to the forum.
"life management" could be anything from managing one's finances to managing one's leisure time.
Since you have "health" in there, am I correct to presume that it has to do with managing one's health?
Please give some context, and someone will be able to help you.
