What exactly is it? What does it do? Does it clean the inlet holes so water flows freely into the bowel?

Hmmm..... atorar is to clog so desatorar must be to unclog and desatorador must be an unclogger. All the items in google show Liquid Plumber type dissolvants and toilet plungers. Yet your post talks about cleaning the toilet bowl. I'm a bit confused about it.

I was trying to find an specific name in spanish for it due to the name of it is "limpia bano", but that's too general. I guess "desatorador" was wrong. - vevece, Jun 2, 2010
