Welcome to the forum. I don't think that there is a word like chicano that means Salvadoran-American. The word "salvi" is the closest thing that I can find and it appears to be slang for someone from El Salvador or of Salvadorian decent. It comes up in a google search mostly referring to food or music. I don't know how commonly used it is.
