Hmm, do you think she actually means 'she attained spunk' I kind of think she is just saying 'she has spunk' but in a slangy way. So maybe 'Tiene valor ...' Also - don't know if you can even translate 'punk' is there punk in Spanish. Mocoso to me just means 'brat'....

That's just it. Translating slang is difficult. Sure, we can *explain* what it all means.. But to translate it so that at least some of the flavor remains, and doesn't sound like a stuffy academic exercise - that's very tricky. - Gekkosan, Jun 1, 2010
