Can I use "Toma" to mean "take that"? In this show a girl kicking some guy and saying "Toma" over and over again. Gracias.

I saw a nice picture expressing that context along with that phrase. I wish that I could post it here. It concerned the middle finger of someone's hand and said "¡Toma eso tú!

No. "¡tóma!", or "¡toma eso!" is "Take that!". "¡Tómalo!" is "Take it!". - Gekkosan, May 31, 2010
