I'm wanting to get a spanish tattoo.
I have gone through a lot in my life and I have survived it all and come out stronger. I would like to sum it all up in one word. How would I say "I have survived" or "I have overcome" in spanish?

Hard to express the present perfect tense with one word. He sobrevivido.
Why not just "superviviente" (survivor)?
You could try some 1st person, past tense words:
vencí (I won, overcame)
If you really want to think ousidet of the box:
The Bible makes an analogy between life and running a foot race in several books of the Bible. Then it talks about the ones who finish the race, the winner, etc. Pick one that appeals to you and tattoo the Bible reference to the verse on you.
for example see:
EC 9:11
Only go that route if you want everyone asking you what your tattoo means.

Rather than victoria, use victorioso - victorious. Then it won't look like some one's name.
Más Fuerte Que Nunca
Stronger than ever.
VIctoria is a great one because it means victory, but you know...I bet people would think it was a name of someone.
Triunfo, victoria, conquistador...
Me he superado. I have surpassed myself.
