Lessons 4.2 and 4.4 questions

I love this program and do not know if this is unique to my computer but in lesson 4.4 under Flashcards and again in the Listen exercises I do not get a pronunciation or any sound at all for the following phrases: 1. la llanta desinflada 2. el aceite de motor 3. averiado Can you help me?
Also, in lesson 4.2 under the write section #4 O puedes tener queos y higos. Should be "queso"

I didn't get sound for those, either. It's not your computer.
