I hope that he will be ok

How would you say "I hope that he will be ok", or "I hope that he will be allright", upon hearing that someone is ill? What is the most common way to say that in Spanish? Thanks in advance!!!!

I am pretty sure, but please correct me if not... Can´t you say-

Espero que (él) estuviere bien. (using the future subjuntive) ?

or

Espero que (él) esté bien.
