Cada vez sé que vuelve a dejarme - Each time I know she´ll leave me again.

Volver can be used in the sense of doing something again, for example,

Alguien llama al la puerta. Momentos después vuelven a llamar al la puerta.

Somebody knocks on the door. Shortly afterwards there´s a knock at the door again or there´s another knock.

First, it is pídamela. (You NEVER put object pronouns after the verb without attaching them to the verb.) Did you like that "never" statement, webdunce?

Pida would be the formal, affirmative, imperative form for pedir: pida usted. (you ask for)

Looking at the words out of context they could mean:

[you] Ask me for it, but we know that the la d.o.p. probably refers to her.

pídala would be [you] ask for it, or [you] ask for her so...

[you] ask me for her. is a possibility. Sounds like a father advising you to ask for his daughters hand in marriage. Also you ask me for it.

I think we might need more of the song to know what the la refers to. Of course, in our dictionary pedir can also mean "demand" which would change the context here.
