A song by Enrique Iglesias

Thanks to a suggestion by a SpanishDict members I've been looking at Enrique Iglesias' songs.

I've made a flashcard set for the song "La Chica de Ayer".

My mistake. This song is sung by Enrique Iglesias but it was written by Antonio Vega in the eighties and played by his band. - Chavag, MAY 28, 2010

La chica de ayer is a song written by Antonio Vega when he played for the band Nacha Pop in the eighties, the original version was almost an anthem in Madrid at the time. Of course they don't have Enrique's looks but they were far better musicians.

If spanish speakers learned english from songs they would probably pronounce "I" eeeiiii, eeeeii, eeeeee eeiiii.
