"He denies taking medication".
Is "El paciente neiga tomar medicamientos" correct? Help!

I would say:
"El paciente niega que haya tomado las medicinas".
I think by "he denies taking medication" you mean he denies that he took medicine in the past, so this way it's clear he is denying something in the past.
"Las medicinas" is the most common word for medicine (and I should know this at least, as I am studying to be a medical interpreter!!)
