Do you miss me ? = ¿ Me extrañas ? (lit: me you miss? )

The verb do is an auxiliary verb in English and is not translated directly into Spanish since its meaning is implied in the action of missing someone).

(familiar form used as you would use this question with someone you know/ know well)
