Unable to 'open' a question

There are questions on the site which are in a smaller type than the rest and cannot be opened as a link by clicking on them. Is there a reason for this? I thought that, perhaps, it had been decided that sufficient answers had been given but I see others with more answers that can still be opened in the normal way.
I have probably missed something obvious or there may be something that I should have known if I had looked properly!

Hi, the problem is your browser, which I bet is explorer. Please have a look here. any further doubts on that thread please.
