Other options: "sea como sea" or "cueste lo que cueste" or "sin importar las consecuencias".

Found this in a quick search under Phrasebook:

No matter what We've got to finish the job, no matter what. Also: At all costs; No matter what the cost; No matter who it hurts; whether anybody likes it or not; no matter what anybody says pese a quien pese Tenemos que terminar el trabajo, pese a quien pese. also: a pesar de todos los obstáculos; le pese a quien le pese; le moleste a quien le moleste; a pesar de todos los daños resultantes (appears in Cervantes as: pese a quien pesare)
