What verb would you use to make a statement obligatory? Example: I have to take my brother to school. He has to go to the store. We have to bake a cake. How would you say the above sentences in spanish?

in those situations you would use the 'tener que' expression and conjugate it accordingly. For example; He has to go to the store would be; El tiene que ir a la tienda. I hope this helps

Both correct. But omit the yo and the él (unless, in the second case, there's some question who the subject of the sentence is).
