"Vueltecita" just means a little hike, walk or ride. "Fui a dar una vueltecita" - "I went for a short walk / ride".

Spanish speakers frequently use the diminutive suffixes such as -ito not only to indicate size but also to make a word less harsh or to indicate affection. So it could be 'vuelta' turn with it diminutive suffice -ita.

'A little turn' lol or a friendlier way of saying 'turn' smile

Vuelta of course has many different meanings but that's the one that popped into my head.
