I am pretty new here and am wondering what a perfect score is. Can anyone out there tell me?

Are you asking what "perfect score" means? It's the maximum score possible, like 10 out of 10

A perfect score in Spanish = un resultado perfecto
A perfect score means achieving the maximum points available
In practice: a perfect score is 1,000 /1,000 (One thousand out of one thousand for one/each of the Spanish /English learning units)
Not everyone achieves this but you only need 750 points to pass each unit
