The difference between le y se

What is the difference in meaning with le molesta y molestarse for example. Le interesa y interesarse, le sente ysentirse etc. I understand that some words are reflexive but I am confused when I can use either le or se and the meaning changes?

"le" is an indirect pronoun and "se" is a reflexive pronoun

se interesa/interesarse- he/she/it/they/you(plural) take(s) an interest in

le interesa- it/she/he interests him/her/it

"le" refers to the one taking the interest

"interesa" refers to the thing that is interesting
