It could mean 2 things:
- no doy más as in i don't give more (whatever it is)
- no doy más as in i can't do it anymore (im at my limit)
I think No doy más = I don't give more
No is used in negative mood, doy = I give, más =more
No doy mas (Literally "i don't give anymore") usually means "i'm very tired", "i'm exhausted". It can also mean "i'm can't keep doing it any longer"
"No doy mas" = "I'm not giving any more". This can apply to the obvious, "not giving any more cash/gifts" and also to the metaphorical "giving" of care/attention/ work etc.
