Generally speaking you do not need to use personal pronouns with verb conjugations except where there is a clear need to specify who is carrying out an action - to avoid ambiguity Most of the time it should be very clear from the context who is doing what and with whom
However, there are occasions when extra clarity is needed This is because the verb form(s) in the third person singular (and plural) can be conjugated for he/she/ and you (formal)
or in Spanish: el/ella/ ud respectively. For this reason you can say **ella miraba a los niños jugaban en el parque = she was watching the children playing in the park ... if it is a single sentance or the first sentance introducing the girl/woman who was doing the action**. If however the person carrying out the action is already obvious there is no need to use the personal pronoun.
I hope that this helps ![]()

No, in this case, you don't need to use personal pronouns. It's understood by the verb conjugation--- quiero, necesito.

In these examples you don't, the ending of the verbs tells us that it is first person singular. The only times you need to use personal pronouns is when the subject is unclear
. As a general rule, avoid them entirely.
I hope this help.
