Dingbats - a word game

Dingbats - a word game

I was searching through my emails, and I found this game.

DINGBATS are cunningly disguised names, phrases and sayings that are turned around, upside-down, sideways or jumbled up. You need to work out the hidden word or phrase on each card. It could be the size, position or direction that will give you a clue. Sometimes, the pictures combined with a word or a number will give you your answer.

I thought this might be fun for you all to try smile. I have the answers, and I will post them at the weekend.

Good luck! ![alt text][1]

Edit: the numbers go horizonally: 1: CCCCCCC, 2: le/vel, 3. Give Get etc. Please number your answers so I know which ones you are attempting smile

29 has the word OVATION written with O at the top and N at the bottom. - --Jen--, May 26, 2010
Don't worry too much about numbering :P. I would edit the instruction out of the post, but I'm scared of losing the picture! - --Jen--, May 26, 2010
The numbers are easier to see if you print the picture. I had to in order to see what had already been answered (late again!) - LateToDinner, May 26, 2010

Haha! Why did nobody tell me the picture didn't work?! It's amazing that you got forgive and forget without the picture! - --Jen--, May 26, 2010
I kept checking back for the answer to this one because I sure couldn't figure it out based on what was there yesterday! - chica_rica, May 26, 2010
I'm sorry! Honestly, it worked for me! Haha, ooops, well, live and learn XD. - --Jen--, May 26, 2010

Oh, rats! For me, the link you listed didn't work. So, all I saw was your three examples. None of the others were visible. From your answers, it looks like they would have been fun to view. Did anyone else have a problem with the link to the other questions?
